ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

ASHIE HAS THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY COMMISSION, WITHOUT SPECIFYING OR GIVING REASON.

ASHIE ALSO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE AVATARS HE MAKES FOR COMMISSIONS. ALL CREATIONS ARE COPYRIGHT PROTECTED.

EDITS MUST ALSO STILL INCLUDE HIS NAME IN CREDITS

NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS.

These are digital products.

Therefore, filing for a refund or chargeback will result in;

• Being banned from our stores and server
• Being blacklisted from our stores and server
• Your commission being posted for the public to buy

WHAT WE NEED

• Assets

If we do not already own the assets, you must buy the assets [gifting + commercial licenses only] for us.

If you do not gift us the assets you want on the avatar, we will not purchase them ourselves. Therefore, you will either need to compromise with assets we already own, or we simply just will not make the avatar.

DO NOT GIFT US ONLY FREE ASSETS.

• A Very Detailed Description + Reference Photos [if possible]

Being as detailed as possible will help us create your picture-perfect avatar.

Also, by linking all assets you'd like on the avatar before gifting them to us. This way we can determine which ones we already own.

Reference photos are only necessary if you have a more specific look in mind. [Ex.: If you got the look from a photo on Pinterest, etc.]

NOTE: For legal purposes, Ashie cannot make an avatar based off a drawing unless it was entirely made by you or the original creator stated, in writing, that they give permission for it to be remade as an avatar. We will ask for proof and contact the creator ourselves, if needed.

• Patience

Creating an avatar takes time. We will keep you updated on the progress as we work. Please do not rush us.

The avatar will be completed no matter what. Rushing us will only make us work slower.

The avatar shouldn't take more than a month to finish, depending on the complexity. However, if something comes up where we need a short break we will let you know.

Coming off as rude will result in your commission being cancelled.

You also will not be granted a refund. This is a digital product, therefore refunds and chargebacks will not be granted.

EXTRA COSTS

> SPS [+15, +25 if you would like a pp addon]

> 5+ Simple Toggles [+20]

> 3+ Mat Swaps [+10]

> GOGOLOCO [+15]

> Eye / Tattoo Emissions [+15]

> Full Body + Face Sculpt [+30]

> Blendshapes [+2 per blendshape]

> Advanced Toggles [+10]

> Retexturing Clothing [+5, color change only]

Open a ticket in the server to further discuss any other possible add-ons.

The base price will remain untouched, if the complexity level is low.

Meaning, nothing selected from Extra Costs.

The base price can be negotiated.

If an 'Extra Costs' option request seems too difficult, or if it will take Ashie more time to complete, he has the right to up the charge based on the difficulty / time.

Once you open a ticket, in the server, and discuss details of your commission, Ashie will then decide whether he will accept or reject your request.

PAYMENT

Ashie only accepts payment through PayPal or you can pay through this link. ￬￬￬

⚠ You MUST pay half, upfront, once the commission is accepted. Ashie will not get started until payment is received. Then you MUST pay the rest before you receive the package.

Failure to send payment will result in your request becoming a dull and Ashie will then have full rights to sell the avatar on his shop.

Once again, no matter the circumstance there will be NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS.

Ashie also will not remake, already made, avatars.

Ashie will only agree to avatar edit commissions, if they are HIS creations.
